Custom software · from £375 a month
Business software, built for your industry
A system with its own database, designed around how your business operates: stock, bookings, customers, invoices, payments and the reporting behind them, used from your phone or computer. It comes with a website built to the Grow standard, and its first year of Standard care is included. Your concept is free; the detailed scope is a paid discovery session (£250, deducted from the build). Twelve monthly payments, or paid by stage.
The founding offer. Our first three clients get their first two months free (Launch £990, Grow £1,490, Grow Plus £1,790 in all), in exchange for a written testimonial, permission to show the site, and three introductions to people who might need one.
Why these numbers. Most competent UK freelancers charge £1,200 to £2,000 for a site like Launch. Sites for a few hundred pounds exist, and they’re usually a template with your name added. We’d rather do it properly and let you pay by the month, with no interest.

The software behind the website: bookings, orders or stock, with the numbers that matter (costs, margins, what’s selling, what people look at) and prompts on what to do next. Grow Plus adds one ready-made system; Custom builds the whole thing, like MBU’s dealer management system.

Every payment, in one table
No deposit, no interest, no fees, nothing added to the price. The first payment is when you sign.

- Twelve equal payments by Direct Debit, every one inside twelve months of signing
- No interest, no fees, no difference to the price
- Launch’s twelve payments include its first year of hosting and Essential care, and custom software includes its first year of Standard care. On Grow and Grow Plus the care plan starts on launch day
- The site’s code becomes yours when the last payment clears; until then we host it, as we do every site
- Custom can also be paid per stage, agreed in the proposal
Care plans
Kept running, every month
Every site and system has one. The first year is included in the price of Launch (Essential) and of custom software (Standard); Grow goes on Standard from launch, and Grow Plus on Priority at £125 a month instead of £175. A live site with nobody responsible for it is a liability for both of us, so the alternative is a clean handover, not “no plan”.

A response is a person telling you what happens next, not an automatic reply. A request after 4pm counts from the next day: on Essential and Standard, the next working day (Monday to Friday, except bank holidays in England). On Priority, an emergency that reaches us between 7am and 10pm gets its 2 hours even if that runs past 10pm; overnight, it’s the first thing we do at 7am. The care plan terms have the detail.
- Pay for 10 months, get 12 if you pay annually up front.
- Unused time does not roll over. Work beyond the allowance is £60 an hour, agreed before it starts.
- Twelve months minimum from launch (Launch and custom software: the first twelve are in the price), then rolling with 30 days’ notice.
- Prices reviewed once a year, with 60 days’ notice.
- Leaving: £300 handover. Full code and content export, help moving the domain, 30 days of email support. Then nothing owed either way.

What we don’t do
So you know before you get in touch.
- Edit an existing Wix, Squarespace or WordPress site. We’d be working in someone else’s tools without the safeguards we rely on. We’ll quote you for a Launch site instead.
- One-off jobs under £300. The setup costs would outweigh the work.
- Promise a Google ranking. Nobody can. What we promise is that the site will be technically correct, fast and properly marked up, which is more than most of your competitors have.
- Fix a price for custom software from a form alone. That’s how projects go wrong. Custom work starts with a paid discovery session, so the price is based on a proper scope.
