A 20-minute call

Every enquiry is read by the person who would build your site. We reply within one working day by email, then call you at a time that suits you. On the call we ask what happens today when a customer finds you, what a customer is worth to you, and what would be different in six months if the site worked. If we’re not the right fit for the job, we say so on that call and point you somewhere better.

A proposal, with a fixed price

One page. Your situation in your own words, the one thing the site exists to produce, three options with the recommended one in the middle, what we need from you and by when, and the timeline in calendar weeks. Valid for 14 days. The contract comes with it, for signature.

The first payment, then the brief

Your first monthly payment is due when you sign: twelve equal payments by Direct Debit, with no deposit, no interest and no fees. Or pay the year up front and get a month free. Nothing starts until that first payment is in: that rule exists because the projects that go wrong are the ones that started on goodwill. Custom builds are paid per stage, or monthly the same way.

Then we hold a 45-minute call with you and write it up as a brief. What you sign off is the scope. If you’d rather type than talk, we’ll send the written version instead.

The build, on a link you can watch

You get a staging link in the first week and it updates as we go. Feedback comes back as one written document per round, not a stream of messages: that’s in the contract, and it’s what keeps a three-week build to three weeks. Launch includes two rounds of changes, Grow and Grow Plus three. Further rounds are £60 an hour, agreed first.

If your content is outstanding for more than 21 days the project pauses and re-enters the schedule at the next free slot. That protects your place in the queue as much as ours.

How it can be this quick, at this price: the build is AI-assisted, as most software work now is. A person still writes your brief, decides every word that goes on your site, checks every page, and is answerable for it.

Launch, and then looked after

Your monthly payments carry on as agreed; if you paid the year up front, there is nothing more to pay. A custom build paid by stage has its final stage paid on your approval, before the domain moves. We never point a domain at a site against an overdue payment, and we never withhold a finished site either: it works both ways.

You get a one-page handover, a five-minute recorded walkthrough, and your own support link. Care starts on launch day, not on signing; on Launch and custom software, its first year is already in the price.
