We work with the kind of business that gets most of its work through word of mouth and has never had a website, or a system, that really works for it: trades, garages, dealers, salons, food and local services.

More than websites

A website is often where we start, but it’s rarely the whole job. A salon loses hours to bookings taken by phone; a takeaway loses margin to delivery platforms; a dealer keeps stock and figures in a notebook. So we look at how the business actually runs and build what helps: a website that brings in work, a booking or ordering system, or software to run the whole operation, like the dealer management system we built for MBU Car Sales. Whatever the technology side of your business needs, we’re a helping hand with it.

How it started

It started with two family businesses. A used car dealer was running his stock from Facebook and memory, so we built him a website and a dealer management system he runs from his phone on the forecourt. A makeup artist needed somewhere to send people. Both sites are live, and the dealer runs his stock and enquiries through the system every day.

Two people who saw the dealer’s site asked who built it. That is how this business began.

How we work

You see it before you commit. Your homepage, designed free, before any money changes hands, and changed free until you’re happy to go ahead. We’d rather earn the job than ask you to take it on trust.

Set hours, written down. Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturday mornings. The response time on every care plan is in the contract, and they’re commitments we can keep in a busy week as well as a quiet one.

AI tools to build, a person to decide. That’s how we can quote three weeks and mean it. Every line is reviewed by a person before it reaches you, and nothing goes live without being checked by hand.

We would rather lose the job than oversell it. If what you need is a £300 fix to a Wix site, we are not the right fit, and we will say so on the first call instead of taking the money.

Where we work

We are based in Newcastle upon Tyne and cover the North East in person: walk-ins and forecourt visits are how much of this work begins. Further afield, we travel across the UK when a project needs it, and everything else works over a call wherever you are.

What we are building towards

A small number of clients whose businesses we know well, who can call us directly, and who stay because what we built works, not because leaving is difficult. That is why the exit terms are on the process page rather than buried in a contract.
